Q - How Do I Get A Quote
A - Simple - Click the "Get a Quote" button, Call us or use the Contact Form in the Contact Page. We will Get back to you as soon ASAP.

Q - What areas do you serve?
A - We proudly serve all along the populated areas of Utah’s Wasatch Region — Included areas Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, Wasatch, Summit, Weber, Juab, Morgan, and Tooele Counties. - We will travel 80 miles from Lehi.

Q - Do any areas cost more for service?
A - Actually, the cost is built in to the quote you receive and will be clearly visible. Our Primary Service area is anywhere withing Utah & salt Lake Counties. Our Extended Service area is up to 80 miles from Lehi If you are within 80 miles from Lehi but in another county, we can still serve you with our Extended Service Area: For locations beyond our standard coverage, we happily go the extra mile. A small travel surcharge of $0.95 per mile applies to jobs outside the core zone. Up to 80 miles from Lehi. (Mileage calculation starts at the closest Utah or Salt Lake County Border to your location) We don’t believe in charging a fortune just because you're a little further out there. We always confirm any extra fees upfront in your quote. --- If the location is in an area that is difficult for us to reach (Dirt Road up the mountains as an example, dangerous area etc) we may opt not to take the job, or there may be an extra fee that will be clearly listed on your quote.

Q - What kind of junk do you take?
A - We haul just about anything! Furniture, appliances, yard waste, mattresses, construction debris, and more. If it’s non-hazardous and not nailed down, chances are we can make it disappear. However, due to State of Utah regulations, we are not allowed to accept or dispose of hazardous waste on behalf of our customers. This includes any hazardous items generated from homes or businesses. Q - Are you Licensed and Insured?
A - Absolutely. We’re fully licensed and insured, so you can relax knowing you're in good hands.
Q - Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
A - Yes! We often have same-day or next-day availability, especially if you’re located along in Utah or Salt Lake Counties. Book early to snag your preferred time slot.

Q - Do you recycle or donate usable items?
A - We sure do! Whenever possible, we donate gently used items to local charities, recycle materials to reduce landfill waste, and even give certain items a second life through repurposing or repair. This all helps keep usable goods out of the landfill and supports a more sustainable, eco-friendly community. It’s all part of our magical mission to keep our neighborhoods clean, green, and clutter-free!

Q - What Items do you not accept?
A - We will not take mattresses that have bedbugs. We can't accept any item that will be considered Hazardous (As Per Utah State Regulations). materials like chemicals, asbestos, gasoline, or biohazards. CLICK HERE for the Details and List. If you're unsure about an item, please just ask! We can help you find the proper location and procedures for disposing of hazards such as these.

Q - How does your pricing work?
A - Our pricing is based on volume — how much space your junk takes up in our truck — as well as type of material and access. We offer free quotes and up front pricing with no hidden fees. We work hard to ensure you get an amazing price on our amazing "magical" service. Check out our Pricing Details HERE

Q - Do I need to move my items to the curb?
A - Nope! Our team does all the heavy lifting and hauling from wherever the junk is located — garage, backyard, attic, you name it. However, if it's already at the curb, you will be getting a better price because it takes us less work. But you absolutely do not need to move it yourself. Let us handle the heavy work for you. We do offer a $15 discount for curbside pick ups, if you would like to take advantage of that.

Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We accept Cash, Venmo, Debit/Credit cards, and Contactless payment options. Easy and convenient!

Q - Do you offer Hauling Service?
A - Absolutely! Whether it’s a single item or a full truckload, we’re happy to help haul your items from one location to another. Just let us know what you need moved and where it’s going — we’ll give you a free quote.
If the haul is outside of our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply. But don’t worry — we’ll always be upfront about costs before we begin.

A - Yes, we do! At Wasatch Wizardz, we believe in giving back to the people who support our community — and our business. We proudly offer a $15 discount for these following things:

Q - Do you offer Moving Services?
A - Yes and No. While we’re happy to help transport your items from one location to another, we’re not a full-service moving company. We don’t provide packing, wrapping, or furniture protection services like traditional movers do.
At this time, our insurance does not cover moving services, so if you choose to have us assist with a move, you’ll need to sign a waiver acknowledging this. We’re exploring expanded insurance options for the future — but for now, we want to be completely upfront.
Every situation is different, so tell us about your move and we’ll provide a free quote. We may, or may not be the best fit for your needs, but if we aren’t, we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction!
